Tearfully, I called The Sims Team to list our wonderful home after my husband had accepted a new position with his company in Louisville, Kentucky. This was our first time to be involved in a corporate relocation and just the amount of paperwork was a bit overwhelming. The Sims Team explained the corporate relocation process in terms that we could understand. They dealt directly with the relocation company, which left us free to find a home in Kentucky and say goodbye to all our wonderful family and friends. When my husband and I were looking for our first home, not knowing what we were doing in any capacity, we couldn't have found a better realtor than Pam! Not only did she accommodate us by driving far out of her usual area but she always made us feel like we were her only clients. P.S. Instead of having us break up our momentum, Kyle graciously volunteered to drive to where our checkbook was left and brought it all the way back. Now that is personal service :0)
